What products do you offer?
PCKL GRL offers apparel designed for women who love pickleball and an active lifestyle. Product availability, colors, and sizes are shown on each product page.
How long will my order take?
Most orders require 2–5 business days for fulfillment. After fulfillment, standard delivery within the contiguous United States generally takes 3–4 business days. Total delivery time is typically about 5–9 business days, though carrier delays can occasionally occur.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may begin processing shortly after checkout. Contact us as soon as possible at support@pcklgrl.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing begins.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we’ll email tracking information to the email address entered at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
What is your return policy?
Because many items are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our Return Policy before ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us at support@pcklgrl.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.
