Shipping policy

PCKL GRL products are produced on demand and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Production time is separate from carrier shipping time.
Production Time
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order is ready to ship. Timing varies by product, availability, fulfillment location, and order volume.
Business days generally exclude weekends and holidays.
Estimated Shipping and Delivery
For eligible U.S. domestic orders using standard shipping, carrier transit typically takes 3–4 business days after fulfillment.
Combining typical production and transit times gives an estimated total of approximately 5–9 business days for these orders.
These estimates do not apply universally to every product or destination. Orders fulfilled outside the destination country, remote locations, and certain products may take longer.
Where international standard shipping is available, transit commonly takes approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment, with additional time possible for customs processing.
Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout. Product-specific or order-specific estimates provided at checkout take precedence over these general ranges.
If checkout displays an estimated arrival date, that date is an overall delivery estimate; do not add production time to it again. A transit-only estimate begins after fulfillment.
Delivery Estimates and Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Stock availability, holidays, production demand, weather, customs, and carrier disruptions can affect timing.
If we learn that we cannot ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any legally required options to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Charges depend on the products, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment location.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.
Multiple Packages
Items may ship separately because they are fulfilled at different facilities or require different packaging. Packages may arrive on different dates.
Any applicable shipping charges are disclosed at checkout. We will not add charges after purchase solely because we split an order into separate shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you discover an error, contact support@pcklgrl.com immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment. If an incorrect address supplied by the customer causes a failed delivery or return, additional reshipping charges may apply. We will explain any charges before proceeding.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your estimated arrival date has passed and tracking is not progressing, contact support@pcklgrl.com with your order number. We will help investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners.
If tracking shows delivery but the package is missing, check your property, household members, neighbors, building office, and carrier, then contact us if it remains missing.
Our Return and Refund Policy provides additional information. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
International Charges
If international shipping is offered, customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges may apply unless included or otherwise addressed at checkout. Customs processing can extend delivery times.
