These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PCKL GRL website and purchases from PCKL GRL (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the website with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
You may not use our website or products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and images. Screen settings and manufacturing processes may cause minor variations in appearance. This does not excuse supplying products that materially differ from their descriptions.
Many products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Product availability may change. Changes to product specifications apply to future orders and do not authorize material substitutions to an existing order without your agreement.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4. Orders
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, material pricing errors, or inability to fulfill an order, subject to applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled portion, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted. Contact support@pcklgrl.com immediately to request a change or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee changes once production begins. Any cancellation rights required by law remain available.
6. Shipping
Production and shipping are separate stages. Refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated timelines, shipping charges, tracking, and delivery assistance.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide any delay-consent or cancellation options required by law.
Using fulfillment partners or carriers does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds.
Except where required by law, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before ordering.
This restriction does not limit rights relating to defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content, including branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, and text, is owned by or licensed to PCKL GRL unless otherwise indicated.
Except as permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use this content without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Our store uses third-party providers, which may include Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and marketing platforms.
Separate terms may apply when you use third-party services. Links to external websites do not imply endorsement. We do not control the content or practices of independent third-party websites.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, collect personal information without authorization, or interfere with website security or operation.
We may restrict access for violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
12. Warranties and Liability
We do not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Any permitted limitation of liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

We may update these Terms for future website use and purchases. The updated date will appear above. Changes do not retroactively alter confirmed orders without your agreement.
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
